Craig Ballantyne posted this video that I couldn't agree with more. Get off the treadmill, try the system he mentioned and see the results that come.

Craig is spot on to a degree. Cardio is a killer if done improperly. Most folks end up with overuse issues cause they go too hard and too long. World class athletes go from long slow low average heart rate workouts to intense MVO2 work. Wanting the most success requires both types of cardio. The key is how you eat though. Most folks fuel themselves so poorly that no amount of exercise is going to give them 6 pack abs:)
