Friday's GTG training.

Pistols +24kg in rack position 3x1 l/r
+16kg in rack position 3x1 l/r
Bent Press 32kg 3x2 l/r
48 kg 1x1 l/r
Pinch block curls 20lbs 3x5 l/r

Felt pretty good today. Good energy and ready to DL tomorrow am.
